FO: Cinchy Hat
Pattern: Cinchy Hat by Cathy Carron, from the Fall 2007 Knitscene
Yarn: Cascade 220 (100% wool) (I used less than half a skein of each color)
MC: #2410 (Purple)
CC1: #9447 (Dark Green Heather)
CC2: #9461 (Light Green Heather)
Needles: US #7 (4.5mm) 16" circular
Size: 22"
Modifications: I used a #7 needle instead of #6 to get gauge. I also left out 3 knit rows before the garter section at the end.
It took me two days to knit this hat. I thought it was going to be way too big but it actually fits perfectly.
I'm planning on knitting another cinchy hat with black and grays.

I love how your hat looks. Nice job. I'm going to make one for my granddaughter and myself! She'd love it in sage or lime and black. I wonder how it would look worn with the cinch on the side? What a fun hat!
